Oversee classification and compensation requests
Provide FLSA analysis and interpretation
Evaluate and approve job postings
Serve as resource for classification and compensation inquiries
Monitor and manage Workday transactions
Review job offers for equity and competitiveness
Manage postings for faculty-equivalent and temporary positions
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports
Stay informed on trends and regulatory changes
Represent department on System working groups
and reporting of employment data
Supervise and develop student employees
Serve as back-up for faculty processing actions
Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects
Perform other leadership and HR-related duties
