Investigate and resolve complex HR inquiries
U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or customer support roles, Demonstrated experience supporting general HR inquiries, Previous case management experience, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Outstanding customer service orientation
Nice to Have
2+ years of HR experience, Experience using Workday HRIS, Knowledge of Time & Attendance functions in Workday, Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
What You'll Do.
Triage and respond to general inquiries
Direct cases to appropriate stakeholders
Provide responsive customer support
Investigate and resolve complex HR inquiries
Process time clock discrepancies
Support employee onboarding processes
Deliver on-site assistance
Perform HR administrative duties

Support the entire Blue Origin organization; Work closely with product; Collaborate with HR team members
