What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or social sciences field OR Associates degree in a business-related or social sciences field and two years of experience in Human Resources OR High school diploma or GED and four or more years of experience in Human Resources
What You'll Do.
serving as the HR department's administrative specialist
specialized Human Resource functions
administrative and technical expertise in support of Human Resources strategies and objectives
direct support to both internal and external customers
work to accommodate customer requests
see processes through from start to finish
Develops and runs regular reports
fulfills customer requests
brainstorming continuous improvement suggestions and concepts
participates in various meetings
direct support internally to Human Resource staff
supervision and associated Energy Northwest Leadership
involved in various projects and supports overall Human Resource goals and objectives
CR/AR initiation and timely response
functional area filing
support ERO and Outage positions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
cross-train with other HR Specialists; Provides direct support internally to Human Resource staff, supervision and associated Energy Northwest Leadership; supports overall Human Resource goals and objectives through daily activity and HR team interactions; participates in various meetings, projects and events
Communication Scope
Accurately provides communications verbally, written, and through presentations to internal and/or external customers; relaying Human Resource data and information in response to inquiries and for clarification purposes
