Must Have
2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency in Word and Excel
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Previous experience using HRIS system, Previous experience using HR ticketing system, Previous experience using DocuSign, Basic familiarity with federal and state employment laws, Basic familiarity with compliance practices
What You'll Do.
Support documentation and data entry
Respond to employee and applicant inquiries
Own the process for onboarding new employees
Maintain onboarding experience
Manage and audit employee personnel files
Process unemployment claims
Process severance paperwork
Process organizational change requests
Update offer statuses
Communicate with hiring managers and recruiters
Update HRIS system for union dues
Review system data for auditing
Pull specific audit documentation
Maintain HR process documentation
Contribute to administrative HR project support
Provide support for new system access
Provide support for password reset
Provide support for account information updates
Perform additional duties as assigned
