Support documentation for new hires

Own onboarding process

Provide process updates

Maintain onboarding experience

Review onboarding process

Support onboarding documents

Manage personnel files

Audit personnel files

Process unemployment claims

Process severance paperwork

Process organizational change requests

Update offer statuses

Communicate with hiring managers

Communicate with recruiters

Conduct ad hoc audits

Support performance reviews

Support benefits reviews

Support compensation reviews

Update HRIS for union dues

Review system data for accuracy

Pull audit documentation

Maintain HR process documentation

Contribute to administrative HR projects

Provide support for system access

Provide support for password resets

Provide support for account information updates

Perform additional duties
