What You'll Do.
Assist local Raleigh office
Assist corporate HR Department
Conduct new hire orientation
Assist with new hire paperwork
Verify I-9 documentation
Create employment requisitions
Coordinate interview schedules
Assist with documentation of recruiting plans
Coordinate immigration information
Coordinate Internship Program
Maintain employee records
Process personnel transactions
Provide HR customer service
Respond to employee requests
Respond to manager requests
Provide support for Affirmative Action Plans
Run reports of HR data
Review employee system queries
Assist with performance review process
Plan service anniversary celebrations
Coordinate interviews
Coordinate presentations
Coordinate conference calls
Complete administrative functions
Perform record-keeping
Perform file maintenance
Maintain confidentiality of HR files
Maintain confidentiality of HR records
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Assist with special projects
Perform other duties as needed
