Verify I-9 documentation
Create employment requisitions
Coordinate interview schedules
Assist with documentation of recruiting plans
Coordinate immigration information
Coordinate Internship Program
Maintain employee records
Process personnel transactions
Provide HR customer service
Respond to employee requests
Respond to manager requests
Answer questions on company policies
Answer questions on procedures
Answer questions on benefits
Answer questions on hiring
Complete Affirmative Action Plans
Run reports on HR data
Review employee system queries
Assist with performance review process
Plan service anniversary celebrations
Direct service anniversary celebrations
Coordinate interviews
Schedule presentations
Coordinate presentations

Complete administrative functions
Maintain integrity of HR files
