Full Job Description
The Tyler Union and M&H Valve Group, a division of McWane, Inc., is the nation’s leading manufacturer of Ductile Iron Waterworks Fittings and Appurtenances has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Recruiter. The main manufacturing facilities are located in Anniston, AL. The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for supporting talent acquisition efforts for Tyler Union and M&H Valve. This includes skilled trades, hourly production team members, supervisors, technical roles, and management positions as needed. This position will partner with the site Human Resource Managers and operations to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates to support the foundry. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desired. Proactively promotes The McWane Way principles, values, and behaviors and lives the Compass Culture.
