Your Role: The Human Resources Operations Specialist will primarily maintain and update the immigration program to facilitate global transfers and assignments, relocation services and support cross country and domestic moves for new hires, in compliance with immigration and employment practices in US. In this role you will support our global HR team by being our in-house expert and owner of the team that supports all global mobility, visa/immigration processing, programs, and policies. You will partner with HRBP, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition teams, and various internal groups and employees to support new and transferring employees. Responsibilities: Manage our US and global immigration programs, including sponsorship of nonimmigrant and immigrant cases, and strategically implement enhancements reflecting our growth Manage our Relocation & Immigration program as well as the monitoring and tracking of all cases. Partner with legal immigration vendor to provide guidance and direction to business leaders and HR partners, and hold vendors accountable to performance standards Develop and deliver training for Talent Acquisition, HR partner, and business leaders as needed. Utilize data, to guide decision-making and provide proactive, creative solutions to business issues with people implications.
