What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1-3 years’ experience in an HR/Talent coordination or administrative role, Experience in a professional services, corporate, or fast-paced environment, Organisational skills and attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Proactive and reliable, with a sense of ownership, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Nice to Have

Experience supporting international or multi-region teams, Knowledge of UK employment practices, benefits or payroll processes, Experience using HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar), Experience working in a scaling or PE-backed organisation, Interpersonal skills and professionalism with stakeholders across multiple regions, Knowledge and understanding of the wider external Talent environment and how best practice can be adapted /developed to support division strategies

What You'll Do.

offboarding and employee changes

Coordinate onboarding activities and documentation

Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems

Manage background checks and screening processes

Coordinate offboarding activities and system access removal

Support employee benefits administration

Manage employee benefits queries

Coordinate leave administration and reporting

Maintain accurate leave records

Support escalated leave scenarios

Maintain accurate employee records across systems

Support data audits and reporting requirements

Monitor data quality and consistency

Produce basic reports and support data analysis

Act as point of contact for employee queries

Monitor and manage shared Talent inboxes

Prepare standard employee documentation

Support monthly payroll inputs

Follow established processes and checklists

Support review and update of policies

Identify opportunities to improve processes

Provide cross-regional operational support

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Talent, IT and Finance teams globally; Support stakeholders across multiple regions
