This role is critical to driving a positive employee experience, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the site operates effectively, safely, and in compliance. As a key member of the site leadership team, the HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor to plant leadership and partners closely with the Regional HR Director to deliver both strategic and operational HR initiatives.
