What You'll Do.
Support business growth in Finland
Manage and coordinate onboarding
Act as first point of contact for HR queries
Serve as central HR interface
Advise management on employee relations
Prepare payroll and employee records
Ensure HR policies are aligned
Design and implement policies
Partner with leadership on talent strategies
Identify training needs
Coordinate learning initiatives
Drive employee engagement initiatives
Contribute to HR projects
Produce HR reports and data analysis
Conduct exit interviews
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partnering with key stakeholders; partnering with and guiding teams; collaborating closely with IT, Global Mobility, Recruitment and Nordics HR teams; partner with leadership; support the implementation of action plans with stakeholders; build trust at all levels of the organisation

Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English; interpersonal and communication skills
