What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years Human Resources experience, Knowledge of employment laws, Knowledge of HR best practices, Knowledge of employee relations, Experience with HRIS systems, Experience with applicant tracking systems, Experience with Microsoft Office, Ability to handle multiple projects, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Nice to Have
Hospitality HR experience preferred, Hotel HR experience preferred, Resort HR experience preferred, Restaurant HR experience preferred, Service industries HR experience preferred, Prior leadership experience preferred, Prior supervisory experience preferred, Marriott systems experience a plus, Bilingual skills a plus, PHR preferred, SHRM-CP preferred

Oversee HR policies execution
Oversee HR programs execution
Ensure regulatory compliance
Assist managers with HR programs
Serve as HR contact for associates
Conduct workplace investigations
Coordinate interviews
Maintain applicant tracking systems
Oversee new hire orientation
Oversee onboarding activities
Make HR recommendations
Support managers with performance reviews
Support managers with corrective action
Support managers with coaching conversations
Support managers with development plans
Identify training needs
Coordinate leadership development
Coordinate onboarding training
Coordinate compliance training
Monitor turnover metrics
Monitor engagement scores
Support engagement surveys
Support action planning
Support recognition programs
Support workers' compensation claims
Support unemployment claims
Support OSHA reporting
Coordinate annual training
Monitor human resources budget
Attend leadership meetings
Ensure HR recordkeeping meets requirements
Perform related duties
