Partner with business leaders
Oversee day-to-day HR operations
Act as liaison for union and employee relations
Ensure fair and consistent application of policies
Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Maintain accurate HR records
Leverage HR metrics and data insights
Lead recruitment strategies
Support performance management processes
Strengthen leadership capability
Promote a culture of trust
Improve HR processes and service delivery
Drive communication and change management
Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement
Partner with leaders to address workplace concerns
Lead or support employee events
