As a Human Resources Manager at Green Tree School, you will partner closely with school leaders to create strong, compliant, and people-centered workplaces that support student success across multiple locations. What You'll Need - Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field - Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience - Broad HR expertise across employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development - Strong working knowledge of state and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements - Experience using an HRIS platform and strong proficiency with the MS Office suite What You'll Do - Coach leaders on performance improvement, documentation, corrective action, and conflict resolution - Lead highly sensitive employee relations investigations with sound interviewing and documentation practices - Serve as a field-based HR partner onsite at Green Tree School, with a potential opportunity to support other school sites in the future - Lead talent development, workforce planning, and retention strategies to support organizational goals and employee growth - Build trusted, collaborative relationships while applying policy fairly and escalating issues when appropriate - Manage labor relations, including collective bargaining agreements, contract administration, and union partnerships Why You’ll Love Working Here - Enjoy both paid time off and extra paid school breaks (for select roles), plus paid holidays - Wellness perks including gym discounts, mindfulness apps, and prescription savings - Tuition reimbursement, career development programs, and leadership training - 401(k) retirement savings with a 4% company match and immediate vestin
