Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis., Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa., Works in a professional office environment., Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners., Works in an indoor setting with exposure to noisy environments, dim lighting, visual effects including strobing lights, special effects, fog machines and small and/ or enclosed spaces., Physical ability to walk, stand, take stairs/slides/elevators, and navigate the elements during the day and night., May be required to remain in a sitting or standing position for prolonged periods., May repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers., Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus., Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times., Comply with company and OSHA standard workplace safety protocols., Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar HR role., Minimum of 2 years experience managing complex employee relations and conducting investigations., Familiarity with managing leaves of absence and ADA accommodation requests., HR experience supporting a group of 50+ employees., Familiarity with the local market, specific to labor and employment issues., Experience working in a hospitality or themed entertainment environment., Proficiency with HR systems, specifically Workday., Proficiency with MS Office Suite, GoogleSuite, Recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., Familiarity with scheduling softwares and platforms.

Support and assist in the resolution of complex employee relations issues.

Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings

Recommend new approaches and methods to effect continual improvements in business objectives
