Must Have

This role serves as a trusted partner to operational leaders, with a primary focus on employee relations, change management, and driving employee engagement. The successful candidate will lead complex investigations, coach leaders through organizational change, and build a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated to perform.  ## WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct sensitive, high-stakes investigations into employee relations matters such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethical violations, and policy breaches. Provide coaching and training to leaders on effective conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, corrective action documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment. Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure all employee relations matters are handled consistently, fairly, and in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Partner with regional and site leadership to plan, communicate, and implement organizational changes, policy updates, system implementations, and process improvements. Equip managers with tools and training to lead their teams through change effectively, including how to address employee concerns, maintain productivity, and reinforce new behaviors. Serve as a liaison between field operations and corporate HR to ensure clear, consistent messaging during periods of transition.
