Identify inefficiencies; Redesign manual workflows; Leverage workforce data to improve decision-making; Uses HR data and trends to drive decisions and improve outcomes
Approximately 20% travel, primarily throughout Torrance, Santa Ana, and Sun City, Some overnight travel may be required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), 3 + years of progressive HR experience, 2+ years in management within high-volume environments, Knowledge of California employment law, Experience with employee relations, Experience with LOA, Experience with payroll, Experience with workers’ compensation, Experience with investigations, Experience with performance management, Experience with HR process development, Proven success coaching teams, Proven success influencing leaders, Experience managing 100+ hires per week or 4,000–6,000 annually, Experience with onboarding, Experience with compliance, Experience with non-exempt workforce documentation, Experience with HRIS/ATS, Experience with payroll systems, Experience with timekeeping systems, Experience with background check systems, Experience with audit-ready record management, Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Ability to analyze HR data, Ability to translate insights into recommendations
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, Experience in staffing, Experience in other high-volume service environments, Experience transitioning HR from manual to automated/HRIS-driven systems, Experience building onboarding or training programs, Spanish fluency with ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
