Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality * Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels. * Screen resumes and maintain candidate databases. * Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. * Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers. * Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Assist with HR data management and filing. * Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations. * Support employer branding and employee engagement activities. * Participate in HR projects and other assignments as required. ## Qualifications * Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administrat
