Must Have

2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a generalist HR role, Working knowledge of HRIS systems, Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Solid understanding of I-9 compliance, Solid understanding of payroll processes, Solid understanding of Arizona employment laws, Experience supporting employee relations matters, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Ability to manage competing priorities, Written communication skills, Verbal communication skills, Customer-service mindset, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Experience using Workday HRIS system

What You'll Do.

Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries

Facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions

Manage first-day logistics

Ensure new hire documentation is complete

Process employee terminations

Manage offboarding checklist

Conduct exit interviews

Support investigations and corrective action processes

Assist with payroll administration

Maintain compliance with employment laws

Provide operational support to People Business Partners

Partner with People Business Partner; Partner with payroll team; Support People Business Partners across the network
