What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, Two+ years of progressive HR experience, Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law, Ability to read people, teams, and organizational dynamics, Sound judgment and composure, Clear, confident communication, Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools, Absolute discretion with sensitive and confidential information

Nice to Have

HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent), Experience supporting government, defense, or large-scale service contracts, Background in organizations of 500+ employees, Working knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA)
