We're looking for a hands-on, employee-focused HR Generalist to support employees across North America while contributing to global HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering high-quality employee support, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help strengthen HR systems and documentation across regions. Based in Washington, DC, this position reports directly to the Global Head of HR Operations and will serve as a key partner to HR Operations, HRBPs, and employees across the organization. What You’ll Do as an HR Generalist Employee Support tech or aerospace experience a plus. Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR documentation standards. Spire operates a hybrid work model, and this position will require you to work a minimum of three days per week in the office. Access to US export-controlled software and/or technology may be required for this role. Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications.
