Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** **_Specific Job Duties HR Generalist/Payroll Administrator:_** * Act as lead person for payroll administration in the E-time and Dayforce systems. (ie. adding punches, changing punches, adding hours, adjusting schedules, adjustments to ADP information, yield bonus checks etc.) * Process all garnishments, levies and child support orders for hourly employees. * Back-up Benefits Administrator and Training/Recruiting Administrator as needed. * Process Tooling Reimbursement requests. * Process pay increases for all hourly employees. * Maintain HRIS system as it relates to pay rate changes and employee contact information. * Perform other duties as assigned. ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
