Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 1 to 2 years experience in HR administration or a similar role, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

What You'll Do.
Assist in recruitment processes
including job postings
and conducting interviews
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures
Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to benefits eligibility
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Assist in performance management processes
including goal setting
and employee development plans
Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement
and organizational effectiveness
