Must Have
2-3 years HR Generalist experience, Knowledge of HR laws, Knowledge of payroll regulations, Knowledge of HR best practices, Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Proficiency in Google Workspace, Organizational skills, Multitasking skills, Time management skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to maintain professionalism
Nice to Have
LOA/FMLA experience, ADP Dayforce experience
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day HR functions
Manage employee records
Manage HRIS data accuracy
Assist with file cleanup projects
Assist with documentation management
Maintain employee files
Maintain termination files
Ensure employee paperwork completion
Ensure employee paperwork filing
Ensure employee paperwork compliance
Administer employee benefits
Manage FMLA processes
Manage Workers’ Compensation processes
Audit employee eligibility
Provide benefits-related support
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Respond to EDD/DLSE claims
Maintain compliance postings
Maintain compliance documentation
Address employee concerns
Support conflict resolution
Conduct investigations
Conduct coaching sessions
Conduct termination meetings
Ensure performance reviews completion
Implement HR policies
Implement HR procedures
Respond to HR inquiries
Send company-wide communications
Promote positive workplace culture
Promote high employee morale
Participate in company events
Participate in team initiatives
Assist with resume screening
