What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years progressive HR experience, Expert MS Excel, Fluency in English, Proficiency in HRIS systems, Proficiency in ATS Systems, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in a related field

Nice to Have

Greenhouse proficiency preferred, ADP Workforce Now proficiency preferred

Provide human resources services

Manage talent acquisition

Manage health benefits

Manage welfare benefits

Manage succession planning

Manage employee relations

Complete personnel transactions

Prepare onboarding paperwork

Facilitate onboarding process

Coordinate cross-functional departments

Deliver first-day experience

Handle onboarding administration

Handle new hire orientation administration

Handle exit interviews administration

Audit HRIS for accuracy

Audit HRIS for compliance

Provide HR advisory service

Advise on absence issues

Advise on health issues

Advise on conduct matters

Advise on capability matters

Advise on grievance matters

Advise on organizational change

Advise on employee-relations matters

Assist in communication of employee handbook

Assist in interpretation of employee handbook

Assist in upkeep of employee handbook

Assist in communication of employee directory

Assist in interpretation of employee directory

Assist in upkeep of employee directory

Assist in communication of organizational chart

Assist in interpretation of organizational chart

Assist in upkeep of organizational chart

Contribute to policy development

Organize hard employee records

Organize soft employee records

Process performance evaluation documentation

Prepare performance evaluation reports

Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys

Support employees with problem-solving

Respond to HR inquiries
