What You’ll Do Be the Go-To HR Expert: Serve as the primary contact for employees and front-line leaders, resolving questions and challenges with speed, accuracy, and a proactive mindset. Empower Growth & Success: Deliver daily support in coaching, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, immigration, internal mobility, compliance, training, and development. Drive Strategic Projects: Partner with legal teams on complex employee relations, mediate sensitive issues, and help shape performance improvement plans.
