This is your chance to be a trusted advisor, a partner to the business, and a champion for employees and leaders across the U.S., while collaborating with talented colleagues around the world. What You’ll Do Be the Go-To HR Expert: Serve as the primary contact for employees and front-line leaders, resolving questions and challenges with speed, accuracy, and a proactive mindset. Empower Growth & Success: Deliver daily support in coaching, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, immigration, internal mobility, compliance, training, and development. Drive Strategic Projects: Partner with legal teams on complex employee relations, mediate sensitive issues, and help shape performance improvement plans. Champion Culture & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies that reflect both labor law and ASM’s culture, ensuring a positive, compliant workplace.
