physically demanding role, flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times), Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc., Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary), Flexible work schedule (e. g. , nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks

Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues

End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

Adjust to business and guest needs

Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs

Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

Support team member and leader training needs

Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborate with appropriate leaders to take action as needed

Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption

Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience

Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct
