What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resources, public or business administration, or other closely related field, two years of professional-level human resources experience in either compensation/classification, benefits/wellness programs, Human Resources Information Systems, and/or talent acquisition/recruitment, Valid driver license
Nice to Have
Experience with human resources, Experience coordinating recognition programs or employee engagement initiatives, Experience in public sector environment, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Experience working in a Workday environment

Develop recognition calendar
Collaborate with departments
Assist in planning employee events
Track program participation
Promote positive workplace culture
Conduct special studies
Develop and administer surveys
Assist in HR planning
Maintain HR laws knowledge
Represents HR management
Participates in training sessions
