We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate employee records, coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, and provide reliable administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This role will serve as a key operational resource within the People Operations function, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with applicable requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration or a related support role, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams including IT, Payroll, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Records must be highly trustworthy. · Effective written and verbal communication skills. · U. S. Citizenship Preferred Qualifications: · Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · Experience with BambooHR, Paychex, or comparable platforms. · PHR, aPHR, or SHRM-CP in progress or completed.
