Perform timekeeping functions

Serve as HR customer contact
Facilitate new hire orientation
Process employee updates
Manage Form I-9 documentation
Manage personnel file transfers
Scan documents into Image Quest
Upload documents into Image Quest
Process documentation same-day
Prepare materials for job fairs
Prepare materials for recruiting events
Administer pre-employment skills testing
Process employment-related invoices
Code employment-related invoices
Coordinate conference room scheduling
Coordinate vendor visits
Coordinate internal postings
Maintain HR forms inventory
Maintain HR supplies inventory
Assist with special projects
Assist with HR administrative tasks
