As an Equal Opportunity Employer, UNIQLO CALIFORNIA does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. **Position Overview:** Reporting to the Store Manager and Regional HR Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support for all HR functions in a large format at the UNIQLO Stores. **Job Description:** * This position requires primarily working in stores and may require some travel between locations. * Provides training in store to store employees, including but not limited to HR processes and procedures, employment laws, recruiting, etc. * Partner with Regional Human Resources Manager on employee relations issues and staffing objectives. * Process various reports and focus on the administrative tasks associated with HR recording, policy and procedure. * Process liaison for employee relations questions and concerns, leaves of absence, paid time off, workers compensation, etc. * Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and provides HR support at the store level. * Collaborates with other functional groups including store managers, human resources, training and payroll. * Utilizes recruiting tools to post open positions and employ talent acquisition strategies to source external candidates by conducting on-site recruiting events, holding job fairs, and shopping the competition to find potential talent. * Follow up and track al
