What You'll Do.
Serve as the initial point of contact for employees
answering general HR questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR staff.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies
and programs in areas such as benefits
and general HR processes.
Provide administrative support to various HR functions
training & development
and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with compliance tracking
including maintaining required trainings and ensuring HR documentation meets regulatory standards.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with HR communications
Translate basic HR documents or communications into Spanish as needed and provide interpretation support for Spanish-speaking employees.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support departmental needs.
Serve as liaison and information resource for faculty and staff
consults with General Counsel and others on problems
and determines final resolution.

This position supports the HR department by responding to general inquiries, directing employees to the appropriate HR contact, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
