What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of experience in HR administration, High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in related field, 1 year in a customer facing position, Utilizing a case management system, PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
What You'll Do.
Serve as a primary point of contact for
Provide guidance and support to resolve issues
Leverage an innovative case management system
Maintain HR databases and electronic records
Generate reports and analytics
Conduct intake for all HR related inquiries
Ensure timely resolution of cases
Follows through cases to completion
Track and monitor cases
Document inquiry resolution and escalation
Process HR transactions
Stay updated on HR policies
Ensure adherence to company policies
Assist with the onboarding process
Support offboarding activities
Conduct exit interviews
Coordinate exit procedures
Collaborate with HR Business Partners
Collaborate with Colleague Relations
Collaborate with managers
Address colleague relations matters
Support training initiatives
Coordinate training sessions
Track training completion
Assist with training logistics
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Identify trends and knowledge base needs
Provide insight to increase operational efficiencies
Contribute to the development of best practices
Contribute to the implementation of standardized processes

You will be responsible for handling various HR administrative tasks, aiding with colleague inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. This role will touch all elements of the colleague life cycle. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities/Duties: * Colleague Inquiries: Serve as a primary point of contact for colleagues and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general inquiries. Provide guidance and support to resolve issues effectively. * Data Management: Leverage an innovative case management system for tracking requests and resolve, transfer or escalate cases to other HR colleagues for efficient issue resolution. Maintain HR databases and electronic records, ensuring data accuracy
