## Description • Company: Gurnick Academy — a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of Nursing, Allied healthcare, and Imaging programs. • Position: Human Resources Coordinator • Location: Gurnick Academy Corporate Office in San Jose, CA (position may be Remote & Online). This includes onboarding documentation, pre-employment requirements, new hire orientation, system access coordination, and communication with hiring managers and new employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements. • Key Responsibilities: • Ensure completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment authorizations, and onboarding documentation • Create offer letters • Conduct employee background check verifications • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding • Coordinate and oversee the full onboarding process for all new hires • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process • Monitor onboarding timelines and follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure timely completion • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and onboarding documentation • Provide administrative support rela
