Previous hospitality-industry Human Resources experience preferred. Previous HR data administration experience required. Responsibilities * Basic personnel administration i.e., tax forms, offer forms, health insurance, termination documents and other required employment documents; * Ensure upkeep of data related to employee paid time off and leaves of absences; * Assist HR Managers in gathering data for weekly/monthly/annual KPIs; * Manage the full process of the Employment Licenses of the upcoming employees and current employees while liaising with third party companies which offer out company, assistance and consultancy services; * Take initiative to suggest and discuss improvements to current systems and processes in relation to talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations; * Support employee benefit programs and annual open enrollment processes; * Maintenance of employee information in multiple HR data systems; * Understand payroll basics and support HR Manager on payroll systems and processes; * Organize both hard and soft documents and files; * Keep all documentation up to date; *
