Act as the main HR point of contact for graduate and student populations within your client department(s)

handling staff-related actions and queries across key HR processes such as performance management.

Contribute to an outstanding people experience at CERN by streamlining procedures and continuously improving HR processes and practices.

Support data-driven decision-making by contributing to reporting and proactively identifying trends or issues at both local and systemic levels.

Build relationships with stakeholders
