Support onboarding process

Enter new hire information into ADP

Enter new hire information into HR systems

Run background checks

Monitor background checks

Process I-9 documentation

Ensure compliance with employment requirements

Create electronic employee files

Maintain electronic employee files

Serve as point of contact for new hires

Follow up with new hires

Follow up with managers

Follow up with internal team members

Ensure onboarding tasks are completed

Maintain accurate records

Handle confidential employee information appropriately

Provide general administrative support

Assist with HR projects

Assist with process improvements
