What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent with coursework in Human Resources, Previous client service experience, Eligible to work in Canada, Meet all applicable security requirements, including the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance
Nice to Have
Coursework in Industrial Relations, Co-op student experience in Business or Human Resources, Certified Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) designation in process

Partner with business leaders
Support recruitment process
Advise managers on compensation
Support cyclical salary reviews
Interpret collective agreements
Support managers through performance management
Advise managers on team design
Participate in HR initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with supportive and knowledgeable team of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Labour Relations, Talent Development, and HR Systems professionals; Partner with managers; Collaborate with talent acquisition; Contribute to harmonious working relationships between managers, employees, and union representatives
