Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent relevant HR work experience, Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HR business partner or strategic HR leadership experience, knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management, Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate, matrixed environment, Proven success in employee relations, change management, and workforce planning, analytical, communication, and influencing skills, Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

Master’s degree or MBA preferred, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred, Experience in data-driven or technology-focused organizations highly preferred, Background supporting enterprise-level organizations with distributed teams

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving talent initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and change management. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to influence leaders while fostering a high-performance culture. This position requires a proactive HR professional with at least 8 years of progressive human resources experience, including direct business partnership within complex corporate environments.
