What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience advising managers in fast-paced, high-growth, startup environments, Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance, Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex people matters with sound judgment and discretion, Project and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, High attention to detail, documentation and communication skills, and a process-oriented mindset, Experience working in global and multicultural environments

Nice to Have

Experience in aerospace, defense, hardware, manufacturing, or other highly operational environments is a plus, HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus

Communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels; High attention to detail, documentation and communication skills

Project and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
