The Role The Human Resources Business Partner reports to the VP of People Operations and is accountable for overseeing all HR-related responsibilities for the Nabis California sites with ~50 employees. The HR Business Partner will support the People and Operations team to align company goals and objectives with the day-to-day People Team operations to meet state and federal compliance. The HR Business Partner must be proactive in a way that ensures efficiency, risk management, engagement, continuous improvement, and talent development. The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing a best-in-class HR experience, full-cycle People Relations services, working across the business to improve upon ways of working, efficiencies, and proactive approaches to People Management. This role will be based on-site at either our Los Angeles, CA or Oakland, CA warehouse, with light travel to the alternate California site as needed.
