Endpoint is headquartered in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina with offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Endpoint Clinical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HRBP, will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance across the business. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, this position will consult with employees of all levels, coaching and guiding managers and employees across a spectrum of talent, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, and organizational design. This individual will have experience influencing leaders in a fast paced, high-tech environment, and have the interpersonal savvy required to drive human resource strategies in a complex global workforce. ## Responsibilities Engage and influence management to support and implement HR initiatives across APAC, including, but not limited to global workforce in and across the US, India, EMEA and emerging markets globally Quick to establish deep, trusting relationships and quickly become the go-to person for all things People Swift to respond to questions, thoughtful and quick to resolve the thorniest of people challenges Build the business partner relationship with management and staff to understand the business, goals, and challenges; and identify and/or help to address systemic issues Collaborates with assigned client groups to support initiatives by understanding the organization's objectives, issues, need
