Process and report bi-weekly payroll

Evaluate and make recommendations on disciplinary actions

## Description Human Resources Business Partner - Dallas, Texas DISHER is currently partnering with a global supply chain solutions organization on their HR Business Partner opportunity. In this role, you will operate in a bi-layer function supporting both onsite and global human resource functional areas. You'll work closely with departmental teams on employee programming, team leadership, compensation and cost analytics, and employee relations while serving as the pivot person for payroll processing and leave management.
