What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting fast-paced technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations, Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility through business acumen, sound judgment, and relationship-building, Experience navigating complex employee relations and performance management situations with confidence and professionalism, coaching and communication skills, with the ability to have candid, productive conversations at all levels of the organization, Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change, engagement, and talent development initiatives, Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams is considered an asset, Curiosity, fluency, or practical experience with AI tools, technologies, or AI-driven ways of working strongly preferred, CHRP or equivalent HR designation is an asset
