_**Job Description:**_ **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Support daily Human Resources and operational functions within a clinical research environment. * Assist with onboarding activities, scheduling, employee communications, and maintaining employee records and documentation. * Perform office administrative duties including filing, scanning, ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and coordinating office logistics. * Assist with office runs, errands, and operational support tasks as needed. * Coordinate meetings, schedules, conference rooms, and internal team communications. * Provide professional communication and support to employees, vendors, clients, visitors, and external partners. * Assist with company events, wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special projects. * Maintain confidentiality of employee, operational, and company information. * Collaborate with members of the Human Resources and Operations teams to support organizational initiatives and day-to-day business needs. * Performs other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** **_Required_** * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word). * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. * Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and follow-through. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. ​ ** _Preferred_** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. * Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other regulated environments. * Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems (preferably Workday). **Work Environment:** The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encount
