We're recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor to join a successful and highly respected organisation with a large, geographically dispersed workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing expert guidance across a broad range of HR and Employee Relations matters. If you're passionate about people, enjoy building strong relationships, and want to play a key role in supporting a dynamic business, we'd love to hear from you. _**The Opportunity**_ As Human Resources Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the people function, providing practical, commercially focused HR support across the business. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you'll help create positive employee experiences while ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and effectively. This is a varied role offering exposure to a wide range of HR activities, from Employee Relations and absence management through to systems, reporting, and people initiatives. _**Key Details:**_ * Salary of £35,000 - £37,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:45 am to 17:30 pm * Office-based in Horsham with occasional travel to other business locations as required. * 34 days annual leave * Company pension scheme * Life insurance * On-site parking * Opportunity to join a supportive and professional HR team * Exposure to a broad and varied HR remit * Long-term career development opportunities _**Key Responsibilities:**_ * Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries * Provide guidance and support on Employee Relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and capability issues * Support and monitor sickness absence cases, helping managers achieve positive outcomes * Conduct exit interviews and employee health-related conversations * Assist with HR systems administration, reporting and data analysis * Support the delivery of people-focused communications and engagement initiatives * Ensure HR policies and procedures a
