Must Have
Demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a people facing function or team., Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), including data entry, reporting, and workflow management., Proven experience managing sensitive employee data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality., Experience in generating reports, analysing data, and producing insights or presentations for stakeholders., Exposure to compliance requirements, including employment documentation, records management, and audit processes.
Nice to Have
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
