What You'll Do.
Performs all employee relations activities
including but not limited to: Conflict resolution
follow-up on employee concerns/suggestions
policy interpretation
Assists Supervisors with employee issues
Assist Employees with employment related paperwork (benefits
Lateral and Job Posting processes.
Issues ID badges and Forklift authorizations.
Performs employment verifications and background checks.
Maintains employee communication boards throughout the plant
effectively and accurately enters employee information into required databases.
and monitor employee-related policies and procedures.
Coordinates Human Resources projects as assigned by the Human Resources Supervisor or Manager.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all employee related matters and information.
Participates in task forces
Participates in new hire orientations.
Contributes to a healthy
positive and safe environment.
Maintains a clean and safe work area.
Participates in department and plant wide employee meetings.
Completes documentation of activities as required.
Submits cost reduction and Innovation ideas.
Maintain and/or enhance the managementployee relationship.
Performs other tasks as assigned
