Human Resources Generalist Hybrid, Vancouver, WA Contract 5-6 Months Part time: 30 hours/week About the role: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team on a contract basis. This role will be responsible for benefits and compensation administration and compliance, leave management, and HR program support across the entire company. You work with a sense of urgency and thrive in a dynamic team and high-performance culture. This role is the first point of contact for HR-related matters which requires solid collaboration skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality Responsibilities: Support core HR programs and processes, ensuring a positive employee experience, strong stakeholder coordination, and accurate, timely system updates. Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health, 401(k), FSA, wellness), including enrollments, changes, terminations, and open enrollment activities. Conduct compensation analysis using market data; develop insights, support pay recommendations, and contribute to merit and compensation planning cycles. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data in compliance with applicable laws and company standards. Serve as a primary employee resource, responding to inquiries on policies, benefits, and HR programs in a timely, compliant, and customer-focused mann
